The Truck Driver
The Truck Driver just appears in the Episode Pizza Delivery. SpongeBob tries to get a car, that will bring him and Squidward Tentacles back to Bikini Bottom. He never stopped and nearly drove over SpongeBob SquarePants because he thought he was doing break dancing on the street, but Squidward Tentacles saved SpongeBob.

Squidward: He's stopping! He's stopping! (Squidward realizes he's not stopping and grabs SpongeBob out of the way where they are covered in sand thanks to the truck)
