PatBoy is an Alter Ego of Patrick Star. He just appeared in the Episode: Shuffleboarding, with SpongeBob SquarePants as ManBob. It is unknown if they will appear again in future Episodes.

Barnacle Boy: When you're through with shuffle boarding, you are to bring those costumes right back here! And don't do anything else! Don't go home first, don't show your friends, just come right back here! You got it!?

PatBoy: Got what?
Jail Warden: (Eating a Krabby Patty) Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy? What are you doing here? Ohhh. (Throws the half-eaten Krabby Patty away.)
ManBob: AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Wasting a Krabby Patty!?!? How could you!?
Jail Warden: (shrugs) I'm full.
(They throw the security guard into the jail cell.)
ManBob: Well maybe somebody should have thought about that before they ponied up for the world's greatest patty! Mr. Jail Warden!!!
ManBob: You're right Patboy! This town needs us!
(Guy chewing on gum blows a bubble and it pops.)
PatBoy: You're chewing too loud! (PatBoy throws him in jail.)

ManBob: Your shoe's untied! (ManBob throws him in jail.)
PatBoy: You're too old! (Patrick throws Grandma in jail.)
