The Bikini Bottom Hug Fest just appears in the Episode: Ditchin'. On the way to Mrs. Puff's Boating School SpongeBob has to go through the Festival. Sadie Rechid hugs him, but he gets away, rolls down a Hill and lands in the Prehistoric Tar Pit.
